1947 Frazer Manhattan
« on: February 11, 2015, 03:57:51 PM »
A non-member is about to turn this into a new Toyota...don't let it happen!

It's a 1947 Frazer Manhattan. As you can see by the pictures, it's rough but just about all there. Might have a bit or two you can use. It's located in Glendive, MT.

Seller says he'll sell the whole thing for scrap value. My last visit netted me 9 cents a pound for steel so you won't have alot in the car!

Hopefully, there's someone close enough to rescue it for parts. More pictures available.

PM me for contact information.

Local scrap market clean steel just dropped to 105/ton from 180 2 weeks ago.  so 3500# is 1.75 ton @ 105/ton equals $183.75 scrap price.   This is at 30 minutes or less to several steel mills.  Even at 180 thats $315 in scrap.  No other metals of note in the car.

Location plays a big role in purchasing KF's. Where are you?  What condition is the car?  And what is your price?  Rather then piggybacking on this ad, it is recommended you start a new post.  Thanks
