A TROPHY TO CHERISH
« on: June 12, 2017, 06:03:11 PM »
Yesterday was the annual CARS 'R' STARS car show at the local Packard Proving Ground.  I was amongst several dozen vintage Packards. a Tucker, a Tatra T77, 3 Stout Scrabs, not 1, but 3, and hundred examples of various vintage Detriot iron.

The trophy may be the best I have.  Small compared to 8' plastic ones, but large in history!

Additionally I found another "lost" Darrin.  A family told me about their grandfather who has an original/unrestored Darrin.  One owner, hasn't run in 15 years.
I'm waiting for them to contact me with further information.

Next Sunday----"EYES ON DESIGN" at the Edsel and Eleanor Ford Mansion.

Congrats Terry - and great to hear you've found another undocumented car for the registry.  Go get 'em!  Geoff
