Nice 54 Ace DeLuxe

This one looks good and seems priced right. Added bonus - it appears to have the 226 engine and a manual transmission which would make it a great road car.

And overdrive! 

Question - would the overdrive have been standard with the 226 and 3-speed, or an option?

Poor engine pictures.   Looks to me like a 4 cyl.???

The flat head 4 has the manifold on the driver side - this one does not. Looks like a 226 to me.

With the distributor sticking up on the cyl.head,it's an easy call.
