re pop or original

Is there a way to tell if the plastic frazer horn button is a re pop or not?

If I heard right they were remade in the 60's or 70's by the club...

Hi,

I have never heard of any horn butttons being reproduced by the club.  Who said this?   There was soneone who had the plastic emblems for the outside of a Kaiser-Darrin re-done and there was also a short run of 1951 Frazer plastic crests but not the horn button as far as I know.

At one of the nationals I was at in the early '70s there was a club member that had a bunch of '49 - '51 Frazer steering wheel medallions that he had reproduced. I don't remember who it was or how they compared. I don't think it was a club sponsored repro, rather it was one person who did it.
