Kaiser 226 seals?
« on: September 27, 2012, 10:12:47 PM »
I am having no luck at all finding the FRONT main bearing seal for my '51. Does any one know
of a sure source? The rear must fail a lot because they are readily available, but the front seal,
nobody seems to list or have.

I found it at KaiserWillys. The funny part is if you go to their website and search gaskets, they
show the manifold, oil pan and rear seal. I then called then and they said they do have the front
seal in stock. Sometimes it pays to call instead of looking at the website.
