 I saw my first Darrin at the hill climb in New Port In yesterday. The guy was from Wisc. What a treat to see one "in the flesh"

I saw it also it was quite nice, we shook hands as I passed by him in my '51 Henry J. Lots of nice cars there.

No, my J was flat black with red and white pinstripes, otherwise bone stock.

  Saw it. if its a 6 cyl its exactly like the one I had when I was 18. MANY years ago.

It is a 6 cyl. My first car was a 4 cyl. with  o/d in 1953, it was a '51, bone stock, as my only income was mowing lawns, and I couldn't afford to do much  to it. his one is now painted the way I wanted my first one done.
