Frazer With Push Button Doors?
« on: April 24, 2013, 02:23:10 PM »
The first car I owned as a teenager was a 1947, 1948 or 1949 Frazer.  I can't quite remember which, but I think it was the '49.  It had push button doors and little metal arms (flags?) that came out of the upper side as turn signals.  Would that describe a particular year?

All Frazers had the push-button door openers. The 1949-51s had the little metal arms by the push buttons so your memory is pretty accurate.

The arms you describe are semaphores...early turn signals. Kaiser-Frazer did not use them...in fact, most US built cars did not. They were more common on European made vehicles.
