OK so maybe I'm not crazy. I was looking at this afternoon and could not figure out how that bracket could possibly go through there.

I will take a pic of that piece and send it to you tomorrow Mike.

the big hole is were the bracket goes through and the small hole is so you can get to the bolt that holds the end of the bumper up but that is on the three piece bumper i have no idea about the one piece bumper

It seems that the one piece doesn't use either hole.
