What an outstanding Kaiser!  "Sold on Bill of Sale" ... does that mean there is no title?

Alabama does not issue titles on cars pre 1974 or so.  Registration and bill of sale ( maybe notarized ) is normal legal transfer.  Indiana has no problem accepting this path for an Alabama car.  CHeck with your local BMV.  They should honor the Alabama requirement but may need educating.  Alabama did on request provide me a letter confirming they do not issues titles on old cars and means of transfer.  Smoothed the process at the local BMV.
Doc is making a quality offering for that car, IMHO.

AMC 327 V-8 2bbl with automatic transmission on the column (not the floor shift transmission).

Ambassador is now SOLD!
