After putting many layers of Fiberglass on the underbody, I built a frame to support the body and we turned it over this morning. Now we start the finishing process. Once it is primered in this position, I will take the body home and fit the doors and do other small repairs to the body, as I have time for, and then return the body to the shop for final sanding and painting. Holes need to be cut open and parts refit and aligned before final painting.
I appreciate all the discussion at the Nationals this year. I learned a lot more about Darrin's in General and my Darrin specifically.
I am moving foreword, albeit slowly for awhile, since the next phase will be on my retirement time.
