Has anyone pondered or accomplished swapping in a tranny such as a T5 into a henry j?

Interesting. I started making cardboard templates of the back of the block and a Chevy bellhousing for an automatic. I also have a Tremic out of my 57 Chev wagon laying around. I will look at what the differences are to mount the Tremic onto the bellhousing of the HJ.

Thanks. A friend had told me about a similar swap on a Studebaker, they had to have a plate made to go between the bellhousing and tranny.
