The Henry J never used electric wipers...always vacuum. My 54 is near the end of production and it employs vacuum wipers.

any easy repair for slow/intermittent wipers, even with 2 diaphragm fuel pump?

On my 55 Victoria...slow and intermittent resolved by cleaning and lubing the arm joints and ran new vacuum hoses...I'm sure I had a leak...all good after that.
