They made a lot of variations and I have a hard time keeping up. As for the ad, this is common and seen a lot. This car, like a newer car, a house that has been paid for or business interests that have been depreciated - is simply found money if somebody wants to pay $4500. If not, no worries, it just sits.
The asking price has ZERO correlation to value or anything. Likely, the sellers are looking for free vacation money for the cruise they booked and thought, "hey let's sell the Willys!" How much is the trip? sez Wilma. Farmer Bob says $3800! Ask $4500 for it then! OK.
