Wanted - Henry J Bell Housing Vent Cover
« on: March 16, 2018, 05:39:39 PM »
When I pulled the engine and transmission from the Darrin I discovered that the oval vent cover was missing from the bell housing. So, I'm looking for one. The parts book lists it as part nbr 212359 (cover) but doesn't link it to a diagram, however part of one is shown on page 54 of the 1951 HJ parts list.

I've got one that I'll likely never use.  It's stored out in our shed some 22 miles from here. Likely won't be going there for another couple of weeks. Then when I get there, I have to find it...  anyway, my parts database says it's there. I'll grab it next time I'm out there unless someone else on here can provide one.

thanks...I'm in no hurry, the engine is at the rebuilder and it'll be a month or two until it's ready.
