Need fuel line
« on: May 06, 2018, 12:09:30 PM »
Where is the best place to buy the rubber fuel line that goes between the gas tank line and the fuel pump on a 6cyl Henry J? I started my 51 up and the line has deteriorated and is leaking.

I always got them from NAPA. Same one used on some Mercurys and Edsels... other cars too but I forget which. It is also used in some air brake systems and that's how it's listed in most stores. It's a Weatherhead Fluid Power Components 11205.  NAPA - WH 11205. Wow, I can't believe how much they've increased in price. I paid $7.50 for one in 2000. Now they're $28! A four hundred percent increase. But hey, you can get it new.

Thanks for the info. I ordered one from my local NAPA store under $23 wholesale. Should have it Wed.
