I struggled for a couple days with no success on my Aero hubs with a small hub puller that only matched 2 lugs, as well as heating with a torch.
A buddy borrowed a puller very much like the one in this vid that bolted to all 4 lugs. It worked, but took a lot of hammering with an even bigger hammer.

All the small 2 lug puller did was warp the crap out of what had been a perfectly good set of hubs. Fortunately I had a spare axle and pulled those hubs undamaged with the heavy duty puller.

If you don't have one, rent, borrow or buy a 4 lug with a large diameter screw..

2  things---I have one of the pullers but too big for HJ hubs--i'm using one with a 3 leg web that the bolts go thru

2nd--he failed to put the axle nut back on before hammering on the puller--that can mushroom the threads on the axle.
additionally, the nut will prevent the hub and puller from flying across the room once it brakes loose

Apply a lot of heat fast to the hub(acetylene).
You want the hub to expand before the axle. Not a sure fire thing ,but it sometimes works.
I have found KROIL to be the best penetrating oil.
