Does anyone have a good recommendation for a car cover that fits well on kf vehicles? I'm not looking to pay hundreds of dollars but would like something that fits fairly nice. My Kaiser is a 53 Manhattan, but I'm sure there are a few members with early body styles that may need a good recommendation as well. Thanks

One of the cheap paint stores in Los Angeles used to actually sell half parachutes for use as cheap covers and they were orange and white.  While not available anymore eBay has many prices for car covers depending on whether you are storing your vehicle inside or outside. That determines the quality you want to look for.  None are great for long term outside storage but they will protect the upholstery from the hot rays of the sun for awhile.

When my bare metal car back from the metal shop there was going to be a several month wait to get in the paint shop. I got one of these which came with desiccant packets. It worked well but I think you'd also need a soft cloth cover of some sort for a painted car. https://www.carbag.com/

After paint I used a surplus parachute for quite a while and really liked it but found that over time a small amount of very fine dust could pass through the material and collect on the car.
Since then I've been using the same thing as the paint shop, 2mil painters plastic drop cloth. Very inexpensive & lightweight, just be sure to fold it to keep putting the dust free side down. I keep mine on with magnets.

Beware of using plastic to cover your vehicle outside. Any moisture that is trapped will quickly help the plastic cover stick to the paint in the hot sunlight. The paint can blister and can be pulled off when the cover is removed, especially if the vehicle was repainted. The best solution is the fabric covers that breathe and block sunlight. Just my experience. Most auto supply stores as well as Wal Mart and other discount retailers have $30.00 universal covers that will do the job.
