'53 Kaiser Dragon windshield washer question

Hi,
There is a knob to the right of the headlight switch which doesn't do anything  when turned.  I looked in the manual and don't see it mentioned.  Could this have something to do with the windshield washer?  thanks,  Jim

The Windshield Washer in a Kaiser Dragon is a vacuum type.  If your control has electric wiring, it may be the fader for the rear seat speaker that is part of Accessory Group 100 (marked as 00 on the Body Information Tag because there was no room to put all 3 digits.

If Knob Looks like Light Switch,  like mention Speaker Balance Front to Rear.  Push Button All Chrome little under Dash, washer for Windshield. Engine running You will Hear Vacuum Noise when Push.

yes, it has a rear speaker and I'll check this out.  That would be great if it's a fader.
