Photos of cars on the website would be very welcome.  Most other clubs have them.  I also very much like the idea of getting some kind of photo documentation of original upholstery.  I don't if anything like this exists, or if it's in the works for the standards, but just knowing that your car is black bambu vinyl with black on white Laguna cloth doesn't really tell you anything if you've never seen that upholstery pattern.

Exactly.  Even when you see the upholstery, there is almost no way to know how faded it really might be and what it really should look like.  The copperdust LaMar cloth on my '54 is a prime example. It looks quite dark and rich on a few spots that have been hidden from the sun, and really faded overall, but who really knows after 56 years.
