Dress Code For The Banquet
« on: June 17, 2012, 04:17:24 PM »
My wife would like to know what the dress code is for the banquet on Thursday in Sweetwater.  I said it was probably business casual, but she wants to know for sure.

You see the complete gambit from dress to shorts to jeans.
It's summer in TN--we are going in shorts---comfort trumps fashion.

Terry,
This is my first time at a National KF evcent.
Ineed info about logistics, times and how a car needs to be staged in this event. Is there not a registration packet provided prior to the event to lay out expectations?
Thanks,
Bill #353

If you have registered, there will be a packet at the Hospitality Room for you or wherever registration is handled.  In general, except for judging (where cars are parked by category) park with the other cars and take your cue off them.  There should be a general parking area reserved for the cars at the hosting facility.

This is normally an informal fun thing, not like some of those other car clubs.  Wether your car is a street rod of a 100+ point original, you should find that all are welcome and considered friends.
