When will 5.0 be available? Will it be a club project as a quarterly or will we get to purchase it?

When the CD versions of the KFOCI HANDBOOK were proposed in 2007, it was felt that the first release -- 4.0 -- would be updated with 5.0 sometime around 2014.  According to Mike Neubecker, we should exhaust the remaining stock of the original release sometime in late 2013 or 2014 so we are on schedule there at present.  Final decision on release is up to club management.

5.0 is a work-in-process and the demo shows what is already part of the next release and what is still to come.  I am hoping that the content part of 5.0 will be finished by the end of 2012 and if no new historical materials come up, it should be just about set to go when needed.
