Not a bad looking car but it sure looks like a 1951. Some left over 1951s were retagged as 1952 Vagabond models but if this were one it would have black plastic on the hood ornament, 'Vagabond' script on the fender and most likely a Continental tire on the back. It still could be a '52 Vagabond but you'd need to see the numbers on it. It looks decent enough though.
