Does anyone know where I can get the same manual but with the four-cylinder engine? 1952

It might be a problem because there were no Kaisers that had a four cylinder engine. The Henry J did but the Henry J has a separate manual. Are you looking for a Henry J manual? Otherwise if you have a Kaiser with a four cylinder in it then it is not original so it could be any number four cylinder engines. If you can post some pictures of the engine it has and likely someone can ID it for you.

Yes, the henry j. I bought a 1952. The head says Kaiser supersonic on it. The motor is stuck and I have begun disassembly. I do not know a whole lot about this engine or transmission and haven't really found anything helpful online yet.

The Henry J shop manual will have all the information you need for that one. It's actually a Willys built engine and the same engine used in many Jeeps from the 1940s till into the 60s I believe. A good source for parts / info for that engine is
www.walcks4wd.com
The Henry J shop manual is not mentioned earlier in this post but Jim did put it online here

A '52 Henry J, if it is not a Vagabond model, would likely have Delco Remy electrical components; Generator, Starter, Distributor and Regulator so tune-up parts are readily available but probably not from Walcks as the Jeeps generally had Autolite electrical systems.
