I question whether it's "all there."  A '53 Manhattan would have the large headlight trim and "Kaiser Manhattan" scripts on the fender flanks, neither of which are present on this car. Maybe they're in the trunk or backseat.

That's a good project price but it is too far away for me in Iowa.  How do you know it's a Manhattan?  I don't even see the holes in the front fender for the scripts. 

But you know, being a soCal car, it's likely rust free. 
No old cars owned.
