Dealer Freymueller Motors, Everett, WA 1946
« on: April 11, 2015, 01:58:49 AM »
This was the dealer in Everett, WA in 1946/47.  The building is still there and the current owners make reference to it's days as a Kaiser-Frazer Dealer.

Looks like they had a large number of mechanics . I wonder if it had an elevator to the upper levels When I younger in the 60s my dad use to take me on Saturday to a former Cadillac garage to wash our cars, it had and still does have a car elevator ,don't think it is used anymore . I also remember they had some old cars stored upstairs. Don't remember what they were ((.

Awesome photo. We too had a Cadillac Dealer in a multi storied building. He must have had an elevator but I never saw it. My grandfather's KF dealership was two stories with offices on the top floor.

Nothing is left of K-F days.  The building has been gutted several times over the years and is now a dentist office with parking on the street level.  There is/was another entrance around back where there is an alley.  It's at the second floor level as there is a hill behind this block.
