Too much negativity in his free ad.  I would not respond to it for that reason alone.  Sure Craigs List is not a perfect marketplace and there is some "scamming" and poor texting but to place all that negativity in an ad also pushes some valid interest away. IMO.

The car is all white, in 1953 when all white was still rare.  That makes me wonder if it is a non original repaint or was originally all white.

Not including a price is another negative.  Every seller has some idea what they will sell for and to me it's a courtesy to include a price. 
No old cars owned.

You really need to know the paint and trim numbers on this car.  Checking the factory documents on colors/trims, the only color that comes close is Stardust Ivory but it shows a different color upholstery & trim than what the one interior shot seems to offer up.  It may have been painted and re-upholstered somewhere along the line.

Well, the car must have sold as the listing has been deleted by the seller.
