I give you ten to one, the buyer of this car will sell it within a year. The engine compartment telegraphs what you can expect underneath. Blow ups of the photos indicate the need for a lot of work. It will take twice the purchase price to bring it up to what would make most happy .

Well, at least the seller was honest about the description except it is certainly not all original with changed paint color and re-upholstery. It looks great in the photos.
