Thread's a few months old now but I thought I would mention I always thought this was a nice '48 Kaiser model.

The full version included a cable (which attached to the spindle protruding from the hood) and a steering wheel but if you're not planning on playing with it, it's nice piece to display with other miniatures. Looks like the rear bumper is missing so keep that in mind when considering a purchase.
