Mark Leigh, the Allstate engines were blue with orange lettering on them.  Not the same as the Henry J and Kaiser cars.
Here's a picture of one that was redone to look original

The late Chuck Schnetlage used to make up rattle cans of the green engine paint. He's been gone for years now, wonder whatever happened to his stock? Maybe Rudy got them?
