Hi
I'm new to the forum.
In the process of restoring newly acquired Darrin. 
My distributor is not original to the engine.   
Looking for Distributor with take off for tach.
I believe it's part number is Delco Remy 112316 3k13.

The distributor you're looking for is a 1112136. The other numbers/letters are the date code. The unit you mentioned is date coded to 10/3/1953 (a= January, b= February, etc - i was not used).

It's from the early 90s when a friend of mine was having new tach drive gears cut by a local machine shop. They are no longer available thru him.

Thank you for the clarification...I remember seeing this in some of the old literature, was curious if it was valid again and actually being offered.

I bet that the prices are much higher now.
