There are at least 2 blue Darrins. I checked one out in Honolulu several years ago. The salt air had not been kind to it.

Is there really an official blue for Darrin's that is not special order?  The Handbook lists Champagne, Pine Tint, Yellow Satin, and Red Sail for Darrin's although there were many other colors in the Kaiser-Willys line. KW Trade letter KW53-2  12/17/53 lists all of the specifications and colors and does not list Red Sail at that time.

I'm sure that was a special mix and perhaps duplicated from a color that was on another make of car and probably never listed anywhere.  Maybe one of the blue
Darrin's has an original area of untouched color and it could be compared to existing blues on other production cars.  Terry sold his car.  Did it have original paint? Henry Ford II liked blue cars too and most of the prototypes were painted blue to help seek his approval for new designs.
