What are major differences between the Henry J engine and the one in the military Jeeps?

Should be nothing except, perhaps, the head has a different name on it.

The Henry J and Willys CJ3A four cylinder engine shared internal components as well as the block. The earlier CJ2A engine differed in the torque curve as well as a few components - and its horsepower rating was lower at 60 vs the HJ engine at 68.
