I have been curious for awhile now, why did they put different gauge clusters in the Fraser cars? Simple asthetics, or was it a Graham Paige thing?

The Frazer's were in production and were designed before the Kaisers. Perhaps they found a different supplier for the Kaisers. All of the instruments were different between the two makes.

Location of the oil sender is different between the twoi makes, and water senders on 1949-51 Frazers are totally different (Bourdon Tube rather than electric sender in Kaisers).
