« on: September 06, 2019, 07:29:06 AM »
From Facebook Marketplace in NC/VA/GA area. Not mine, don't know anything about them. I hope the links work for those not on Facebook. (I'm not on Facebook, hate it except for the Marketplace, and I access thru my wife's account  :) ):

1953 Kaiser $3500:  https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/2438447232882397/

Nice looking 1948 Kaiser, $4800, supposedly a good driver, in VA:  https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/679404059142702/

Nice looking 1949 Kaiser in GA, $8500: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/2247180168658585/

1953 Kaiser not running but looks decent, $7000:  https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/2311027799176657/

Thanks for the good tips.   They are all nice looking cars.

I like the two slab siders, especially the luxurious looking '49. Looks like the '49 has overdrive, there is a kickdown switch visible in one of the engine pics. Doesn't look like they are trying to hide anything on the '49 given the description and pictures. Since I have only a small amount of experience with Kaisers, and none on the first generation cars, I'm not sure how serious the rust is. Certainly (to me at least) it would require a good looking over if someone was serious.
