What is an original driver's side door glass worth for a '53 Henry J?

Hard to tell without photos that show clear, legible manufacturers marks.  Glass ages with time and you are looking at something 70 or so years old (all HJ's have the same glass so 1951, 1952 and 1954 manufactured glass can be used on a 1953).

It's flat glass so any glass shop can cut one out for you.  I had one done in the early 2000s but I don't remember what it cost - wasn't too bad as I recall.  The only window glass that's curved in the Henry J is the rear windshield.
