DARRIN VALUE
« on: June 16, 2008, 10:47:39 AM »
hello,

my father has a 1954 Darrin that would like to get an idea of how much it is worth.
the car is missing the doors and trunk lid and has no title besides that it is all there.
It has not been started in years fiberglass is in good shape and needs to be painted.
it is not much to go on but need to start somewhere.
Is there any place to get the doors and trunk lid?

any info would be a lot of help.
thanks

Wow,  I would start by joining the club and advertising for the parts that you need.  It is amazing what some of the members have stashed away.  It is difficult to put a value on a car missing major parts but I would start with a major auction house or an eBay auction to determine the car's value if you have decided to sell it as-is.
