They are center caps that appear to have been drilled to accept the retainer "K". The caps were used in conjunction with the wire wheel covers like those shown in the attached picture.

There are a few different versions of this cap that were used. Plymouth, Nash, and Hudson also used a similar wire cover/cap assembly. The difference, aside from the center medallion, was the method used to attach them to the wheel.

I don't recall  that anyone said they needed them. I was only asking what they were.

JAKE,
THREE THINGS:
1...YOUR STATEMENT IS INCORRECT, AND I SHOULD KNOW, I OWN THE DARRIN REGISTRY
2...WHY WOULD ANYONE, OTHER THAN YOURSELF, CARE ABOUT WHO BOUGHT THAT ITEM, AND WHAT ELSE THEY MAY POSSES?
3...2 IS A RHETORICAL QUESTION' I.E., REQUIRES NO RESPONSE!

I BELIEVE THAT IT IS VERY INAPPROPRIATE TO POST ANYTHING ABOUT ANYTHING IN THIS FORUM THAT IS A SUPPOSITION, HEARSAY OR A FLATULENCE IN THE WIND.

I have always found some Derwood owners to be missing on a few cylinders, especially the ones that carry the referee gene.
