Since that engine was used in Jeeps for many years, and many people make hotrods out of Henry Js , it seems there's always one or two available at pretty reasonable prices. If you're not in a hurry, I'm sure one will show up for sale as they often do and you may likely get the whole engine for less than it would cost to sleeve one. Of course, there's no guarantee that one you buy will be any good either. It was very common for the 134 in a Henry J to throw a rod as the engine has a long stroke and was not designed for freeway driving or speeds faster than 55 mph.
