With commission, I assume, BJ listed the sale price at 14,850.Strong money for sure...and I agree worth every penny. I think if it had been earlier in the day, it may of even done better. It was one of the last cars of the night.. It sure did look great on that stage Mark...can you share the vid clip ?

My buddy recorded it to DVD and literally replayed it on his TV and recorded it with his smartphone to email to me. So, it's slightly degraded but still good video, 2 minutes long, 12MB.

I didn't hear it but my buddy said BJ stated at some point they thought this was the first Aero they'd auctioned.
Also, I discovered a couple days ago than an an engine I have from a 1/2 Aero parts car I bought a few years ago has that 6 wire plug wire loom like the auction car. The parts car had the early production 2 1/2 degree trunnions, so I suspect the auction car was also one of the very early production models.
