Across all Kaiser's various businesses they had year of service pins.
They seem to be of similar design but they vary in materials they are made of.

Do not be lured into purchasing them because of their gold content as all of them I have found are gold plated not solid gold, even the 40 years pins.

At the KFOCI 50th Convention in Salem Oregon these pins we created and given out in the goodie bags.

That is a fine collection!  It is interesting that some were pins and some tie tacks.   The lady employees certainly would not want tie tacks so perhaps the recipients had a choice.  I have never seen any literature or pins for service awards for Kaiser-Frazer and I doubt that any were ever issued as they only lasted from 1945-1955.
