Fuel pump install

I have lost my touch and lots of memory, not to mention strength.
Did it 16 years ago, can't get it in now.
Help..what do I need to do?

Terry;  Your pump cam must be at its high point.  Try turning the engine over one turn this will turn the cam a half turn to the low point.
