Cooling system: antifreeze vs water

It is almost time to get my 47 Frazer out of winter storage.  The antifreeze gas been in the car for  5 years now but still is green and tests to -20.  A close friend has a Ford flathead and runs good water and no thermostats and results in no issues.   Water Wetter additive has also been added. I am thinking of following suit although I have had no overheating issues.  Any thoughts or advice .

If you've had no issues with the coolant you're using now in the car, why change? Coolant (anti-freeze) has properties that help reduce engine temperatures and won't boil off like water.

If you do decide to go the water wetter route, you have to drain the system in the winter (depending on if you get below freezing in the winter).
Water wetter will freeze.
