My family and I are going. Not taking the car, I'm afraid!  But we will be there to honor our favorite cars!

We're going (2 of us) and I'm trying hard to get my 49 Frazer there too, I'm rebuilding the carb now, but I need to do something for a fuel pump. I just need it to drive on the trailer, then to the line-up with the other cars when I get there. I'm thinking a small can under the hood for the gas tank and gravity feed to the carb.

I also just got a Frazer pink slip from the DMV with my name on it!!! No plates yet...

just lost my borrowed truck & trailer to take my 49 to the national meet. So it will be just us two going.

I'm still working on getting the frazer to move on its own :(

Just got off the phone with the meet registration chairman and there are about 150 people registered to attend along with 35+ cars. I would imagine that another 8-10 cars will appear over the course of the event. I am looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting some new ones!

I've been on the road for 7 days in my '51 HJ; traveling Rte. 66.
Goto facebook   "Route 66 Henry J" for pics.
Staying in Kingman tonite.
Will try to make it to Barstow before it hits 116F.
If NO MORE PROBLEMS, I'll be there!!

PNW Caravan One left yesterday - Wells and Boehm.  PNW Caravan two is starting this AM in Kelso, WA headed for Lodi CA tonight.  Wish us luck  :D

I hope everyone has a great time and that no hard luck awards need to be given out.  I wish I had the time and money to attend.  Maybe next year since it will be close to where I live.

Next year's convention is slated for Sweetwater, TN and in 2013 we're headed for Shipshewanna, IN.
