Substitute Frazer Accelerator Pedal
« on: March 06, 2013, 11:32:25 AM »
Okay, time to be creative. Has anyone adapted another model car's accelerator pedal, if so, please share make and model. If these Frazer pedals are so hard to find, what is everyone else doing about a pedal? Does the Kaiser pedal adapt over? I am open for any suggestions as to how to recreate this elusive pedal :) Thank you.

Kaiser and Frazer should be the same and rarely wear out.  Check with members who specialize in used parts as most parts cars should have one still on it. Also  try running an ad in the newsletter as they are very effective.

Unfortunately, mine did wear out. I can't believe there aren't some around somewhere on the parts cars. I'll get an ad in the bulletin. Thanks again.

The day has been saved by Terry Zeug in Camarillo, CA who found an accelerator pedal in an unmarked box of parts! Thank you Terry!

Terry is one of the good guys in our club and he works hard to maintain a large supply of Kaiser Frazer and Willys parts for us!
