As many of you know, Ken and Blanche Mericle hosted the Seaway meet for many years. Held twice a year, the spring meet was usually held in Monroe, MI and the fall event happened in Port Clinton, OH. With Blanche's passing, the Seaway Region and its associated meets were in question.
I'm glad to announce that a fall meet will be held in Port Clinton, OH, on October 4 and 5.
The host hotel is the Country Inn & Suites and they can be reached at 419-732-2434. On Sunday, the car show, swap meet and luncheon will be held at the K of C Hall located at 109 E Perry St, Port Clinton. Sunday's luncheon includes sloppy joes but is also pot luck, so bring a dish to share.
