Lemon Grove, CA is not far from Rudy Phillips in Ramona (San Diego area, but east of there, up in the mountains). Back in the early 1980's, at a SoCal KFOC meet, the former owner of Lemon Grove Motors came to one of our meets and talked about his KF dealership. He had a few of these frames (I own a pair now, thanks to him). His name escapes me, maybe one of the old-timers from SoCal can remember? In a box of old photos somewhere, I have a pic of him from that meet.

Price seems WAY TOO HIGH.

As for the info on the dealer, I believe the man at the K-F meet was Oscar Johnson, who with partner Harold Halladay ran Lemon Grove K-F in Lemon Grove CA.  They are pictured in the January 31`, 1953 issue of KAISER-FRAZER DEALER NEWS, one of several operations that signed up with Kaiser-Frazer late in 1952.

That name sounds familiar, Jack. When I find the box with those photos, I will scan and post.
