Grommet for wiring harness?
« on: March 29, 2012, 04:06:15 PM »
I'm guessing there's supposed to be a rubber grommet in the firewall where the wiring harness goes through on my '48 K. I'm also guessing Rudy Phillips is probably the only place that would have them.

I took my old hard originals to the local paint supplier and old hardware store.  Both of them had drawers of rubber grommets that look great.

The old ones don't exist anymore. I guess I could measure the diameter of the hole and try to find one. Now I have to figure out which hole it goes through.

Can anyone explain to me which hole the wiring harness goes through?
