Typically these days, you get the fabric and do them up yourself.

Thanks I was look in to that $100 a door in vinyl not to bad and head liner for $350

SMS sells the material, and on some cars, can offer the door panels already made up, but they are not cheap. Yet, they will be made as original with the correct material. So, if you are doing a show car, might be the way to go.
