It is an authentic authorized accessory for most Kaisers and Frazer's but because the demand would be low and the cost to reproduce the four pieces needed expensive the manufacturing fund has not attempted to reproduce them. Watch eBay or advertise for them in our Bulletin and forum to see if you can find a set. Because they are made of stainless steel they survive well and you can sometimes find them on a salvage car.
